Our founder, Jonathan Rashtian, a Los Angeles native lived in Manhattan for 4 years prior to opening our shop on Orchard street.
In June 2024, Jonny opened Jonny's Pizza with his vision being to create a simple concise menu with quality ingredients and that stayed open late.

At Jonny’s Pizza, we’re committed to using only high-quality sourced ingredients. Our cheese is locally sourced and naturally fermented, and we never use bleached or bromated flours—our dough is crafted using a variety of traditional bread-making techniques.
We use organic tomatoes, avoid seed oils entirely, and make our vodka sauce in-house from scratch. It’s pizza made the right way!
